First few days I had a low level head ache, and was tired and worn out. Likely more due to cutting every thing else out. Day seven I feel more like myself than I have, but that could be just getting use too a new norm not the shilajit, or could be this is the corner being turned with shilajit and it’s uphill from here. Trying Shilajit, I played around with it a few wee Trying Shilajit, I played around with it a few weeks ago, but did not really give it a go, so this time I am cutting out all other supplements (vitamins, oj+macha+wheatgrass drink I make, Alpha Brain supps, etc) and diving deep on this. 10 Days of just Shilajit as my only supplement. My second to last night in my Stanwood house. Som My second to last night in my Stanwood house. Some great wine to mark the event. @longcellars a Bordeaux blend, heavy on PV and Malbec. The other pic is what was and still is in the wall in the dining room. I bought this home with a Purpose. There is a story to go with it and I will blog it this weekend. I am sad, maybe even a little frustrated and angry about leaving this home. It’s purpose not fulfilled. That said the life I am building is worth the short term anger and sadness. I wish we could have made this home work, but sometimes dreams have to come to an end and a new dream created. That is what we are doing, building a new dream. Goodbye Stanwood.
