Colossians 3:15
How do you experience Gods peace? Where? How can you do that today?:
The quiet times of the day. I have my daily prayer schedule, where I spend about 10-15 mins in silence, Listening.
PS gave me some oils, so I use Lavender or Peppermint, sometimes Highest Potential. They help me focus.
Throughout the day, I will stop and take a few seconds, or a minute and say a prayer, find a moment of silence and focus.
We need to make time to find Peace.
